GENERAL

Schedule
Please be patient, as I work according to my own schedule. Drafts and updates will be sent as soon as possible. I will keep you informed throughout the process.Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee of 50–100% of the final commission price, depending on urgency.Usage Scope
Commissions are for personal use and livestreaming/YouTube use only unless commercial rights are purchased separately.First-Come, First-Served
Commissions are accepted and completed in the order they are received.Timeframe
Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on complexity.Confidentiality
If you would like your commission to remain private until a specific date, please inform me in advance.Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable completing.Client-Provided Assets
You are responsible for ensuring that any references, logos, or other assets you provide are free to use and do not infringe on copyright.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required before work begins.Payments are processed through VGen.NDA Fee: +100% of the total commission price.Commercial Rights: Pricing varies depending on the project and intended use.

REVISIONS

I will provide updates during the process.In "Surprise Me/Skeb" Commissions you won't get any updates.Revisions are limited based on the service purchased:Minor Changes: Small adjustments are included.Major Changes: Significant alterations after approval will incur additional fees.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

Depending on complexity and response time, completion may take 1 week to 1 month.Start Date

TERMS & OWNERSHIP

Ownership Rights
Upon full payment, you receive rights for personal use and streaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.).I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless an NDA has been purchased.Usage Restrictions
The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.Credit
Credit is not mandatory but is always appreciated.Prohibited UsesDo not claim the work as your own.Do not resell or redistribute the work.Do not use the work for AI training, NFT projects, or related purposes.Editing
You may modify the artwork as long as it does not violate the terms above.

REFUNDS

Before Work Begins
Refunds are available before I start your commission.Cancellation by Me
If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.Missed Deadline
Refunds are available if I fail to meet an agreed-upon deadline.Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will:Immediately revoke your rights to use the artwork.Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork.Result in a formal complaint.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be handled through Email, Twitter/X or Discord.I will respond as quickly as possible, but please allow reasonable response time.I will notify you if additional information is needed to complete your commission.
